Going to the CDP Convention

I just found out this morning (Thursday) that I have been given media credentials for the California Democratic Party Convention in Sacramento that begins tomorrow (Friday). I applied for credentials awhile ago and since the convention is coming up this weekend, I assumed that because I had not heard anything, my application was denied. However, I received an email this morning stating otherwise. So rather than my initial plan of a quiet, relaxing weekend, I'll be blogging from the CDP Convention and hanging out with California Democratic politicians.

The California Democratic Party will be holding its statewide convention in Sacramento on April 24-26, 2009. Specifically, the convention will be at the Sacramento Convention Center, 1400 J St., downtown Sacramento.
